2022 NEW CONSTRUCTION REAL ESTATE APPRAISALS
Geauga County Auditor Charles E. Walder would like to notify the public that the Auditor’s Appraisers will be working throughout the County over the next several months. Appraisers are updating property records for properties engaged in new construction or remodeling during 2021, as of January 1, 2022.
Please be advised the appraisers will be in personal marked vehicles and will have ID badges. If any resident has any concern that they are not from the County Auditor’s Office they are urged to contact the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office or their local police department.
