Field appraisers will be visiting all properties in Geauga County that have been issued building or zoning permits during 2025, during the hours of 8:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M.
The holders of drilling permits for mineral wells are required to file an annual report of the production for each well. The production (value) is subject to taxation in the same manner as real estate. The annual production report is filed and sent directly to the State of Ohio.
