Open Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(4), the ADP Board will consider a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of employment, including collective bargaining negotiations with AFSCME Ohio Council 8. Upon reconvening in open session, the Board may consider and take appropriate action regarding a tentative collective bargaining agreement, including but not limited to approval, rejection, or tabling of the agreement.
