Also, no original signature on voucher or invoice. A 2025 encumbrance was used; however, services are for year 2024. Invoice for $385 is in New World Under G/L 1001-008-00-601, encumbrance # 2025-00001131, which is different than the voucher cover and Proper Administrative Order.
